湿加松针叶束水培生根研究

摘要:
以湿加松扦插起源的2,3,5,8 a生以及实生起源的3,8 a生树木的针叶束作为试验材料,研究母树树龄、针叶束叶龄、营养液配方及NAA浓度对针叶束水培生根效果的影响。结果表明:针叶束生根率随母树树龄增加而下降,其中,以A2(3 a生,扦插起源)母树针叶束的生根率最高;夏梢针叶束的生根率高于春梢针叶束;NAA浓度在50~100 mg/kg范围内促进生根的效果显著,其中又以100 mg/kg (B2)的效果最好;培养液以C1 (75 mg/kg H3BO4 40 mg/kg NH4NO3 20 mg/kg VB1) 配方最佳。三个因素综合分析结果表明,A2B2C1为最佳组合,其针叶束生根率达91.96%。

Abstract:
This study was carried out to determine the impact factors of needle fascicle rooting in Pinus elliottii?P. caribaea. Needle fascicles were picked from 2 yearold, 3 year old, 5 year old, and 8 year old trees originated in the cutting seedlings or 3 year old, 8 year old trees originated in seedlings. The results showed that the needle fascicle rooting rates decreased with the increasing of mother tree age and the highest rooting rates was obtained with the A2(3 yearold, cutting seedlings) needle fascicles. It was found that the needle fascicles from summer shoots had the higher rooting rates than those from spring shoots. The optimal concentrations of NAA for rooting was found at a range of 50~100 mg/kg, and 100 mg/kg (B2)was the best. It was also indicted that the best culture solution for rooting was C1(75 mg/kg of H3BO4,40 mg/kg of NH4NO3 and 20 mg/kg of vitamin B1). The best combination was A2B2C1, which led to the rooting rate at 91.96%.
