应用迁地保护的原理和方法,在广东省东莞市大岭山森林公园建立珍稀濒危植物园引种保存了珍稀濒危植物13科17属18种,属国家Ⅰ级重点保护植物有水杉、焕镛木;Ⅱ级重点珍稀濒危植物有鹅掌楸、格木、闽楠、观光木、大苞白山茶、琼棕、青皮、红皮糙果茶、大叶木莲、无翼坡垒、土沉香、降香黄檀、石梓;Ⅲ级重点珍稀濒危植物有蝴蝶果、白桂木,建立了具有相当规模的珍稀濒危植物种质基因库。生长情况表明,珍稀濒危植物在东莞市的迁地保护基本上是成功的。 |

Initial Construction Effectiveness Analysis of Rare and Endangered Botanical \=Garden in Dongguan Dalingshan Forest Park |

Principles and methods of ex situ conservation was applied in the rare and endangered plants introduction in Dalingshan Forest Park in Dongguan, Guangdong. Total 18 species which belonged to 13 families and 17 genera were introduced. Metasequoia glyptostroboides and Woonyoung Septentrionalis belong to national primary standards protect plants. The national secondary standards protect plants include Erythrophleum fordii, Phoebe bournei, Tsoongiodendron odorum, Camellia granthamiana, Chuniophoenix hainanensis, Liriodendron chinense, Vatica mangachapoi, Camellia crapnelliana, Megphyllous Manglietia, Hopea exalata, Aquilaria sinensis, Dalbergia odorifera and Gmelina hainanensis. The third important rare and endangered plants are Cleidiocarpon cavaleriei, Podocarpus fleuryi and Artocarpus hypargyraea. These plants constitute a qualitative gene pool. Growth of these rare and endangered plants showed that the ex situ conservation in Dongguan is successful. |
