赏食兼用型盆栽草莓无土栽培方法研究初报

摘要:
以“燕香”草莓品种为试验材料,通过营养液浇灌和基质栽培两种模式,探究赏食兼用型盆栽草莓的栽培技术,结果表明:从食用性和观赏性两方面综合考虑,以河沙 蛭石为固定基质并使用山崎草莓专用配方的营养液循环浇灌为较佳的营养液栽培模式,以进口泥炭 蛭石 珍珠岩为栽培基质并施以复合肥为较佳的基质栽培模式。

Trials on Cultivation Techniques of Potted Strawberry for Ornamental and Edible Uses

Abstract:
A north China oriented strawberry cultivar Yanxiang was used as potted culture in Guangzhou for ornamental and edible purposes. The cultivation design included Ebb & Flow Subirrigation Bench System with Yamazaki nutrient solution and substrate culture. The results indicated that substrate formula 1∶1 by volume river sand and vermiculite, circulatedly subirrigated by Yamazaki nutrient solution was the best model of soilless culture for ornamental and edible purposes of pot strawberry. In case of traditional pot culture, substrate formula of 1∶1∶1 by volume, imported peatmoss, vermiculite and perlite, fertilized by compound fertilizer was the preferred substrate module for ornamental and edible purposes of pot strawberry.
