加速热处理技术对木材颜色变化影响的研究

摘要:
分别采用氯化锌、磷酸二氢铵和磷酸为主要成分的3种药剂将木材进行浸渍处理,然后再进行热处理,研究处理温度、药剂及其浓度对木材色泽变化的影响情况。结果表明:3种药剂浸渍木材热处理方法能加速热处理木材的颜色反应,随着温度的升高和药剂浓度的增加,木材的L*、a*、b*明显下降,色饱和度差△C*明显降低,△E*色差逐渐增大;这种处理方法能缩短木材热处理的反应时间,对木材颜色特征起到了明显的催化加速反应作用。

Abstract:
In this paper, three reagents (the main component of zinc chloride, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and Phosphoric acid) were impregnated into wood before heat treatment, and then the color changes of treated wood before and after heat treatment were studied. The results showed that the pretreatment method that wood impregnated by three reagents could accelerate the color reaction of the heat treatment of wood. With increases of the concentration of reagents and temperature, the Color indexes L*, a*, b*and △C* were decreasesd, but the chroma (△E*) increased.Temperature, catalyst and its concentration had a significant impact on the color of treated wood, three reagents in wood could accelerate the speed of response of heat treatment, and the color characteristics showed that this combined treatment had performanced a significant catalytic acceleration response role.
