文章旨在探讨小桐子作为先锋植物用于矿山植被恢复的可行性,以小桐子为研究材料,对盆栽在三种不同土壤上生长的小桐子幼苗的生长指标树高、地径、根系活力进行测定及采用校准曲线法,用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其根系中Fe、Cu的含量。三种土壤分别是来自大宝山矿区的酸性硫酸盐土(A)、经改土剂改良过的大宝山矿区酸性硫酸盐土(B)和华南农业大学教学实习基地林地无污染黄心土(C)。结果表明:三种不同土壤盆栽的小桐子幼苗的树高、地径、根系活力均为 C>B>A,根系中微量元素Fe、Cu的含量则是 A>B>C。总体来看小桐子在 B 土盆栽上基本能够正常生长,试验说明小桐子对大宝山矿区酸性硫酸盐土有一定适应性。 |

Study on Adaptability of Jatropha curcas seedlings in Minesite Acidic Sulfate Soil |

In order to explore the possibility of Jatropha curcas which plays a role as a pioneer species in the recovery of vegetation. Using J. curcas which potted in three different soils for the study material, growth of the plants was observed, height was measured periodically, diameter at ground level (DGL) and root activity were measured when harvested, The contents of t race elements Fe, Cu were determined by air acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Three kinds of soil respectively from acidic sulfate soil of DaBaoshan mine area(A), acidic sulfate soil amended with modifying agent(B), the teaching practice base of South China Agricultural University(C). The result shows that the order of height, DGL, root activity were C>B>A for J. curcas seedlings. But the order of Fe and Cu concentrations were A>B>C.Generally, J.curcas seedlings potted in the soil B can grown normally. J.curcas seedlings have shown their adaptability in the minesite acidic sulfate soil. |
