| 文章对目前植物组织培养技术污染的概念和途径以及有关灭菌方法等方面最新的研究进展进行归纳综述，正确地认识到污染带来的危害以及造成的原因,提出控制污染的可行途径和有效措施，强调组织培养中应严格遵守无菌操作规程，并阐明作者的见解，为科研和生产提供一定的参考。 |

| This paper summarizes the concept and pathway of contamination in plant tissue culture as well as the latest research progress of sterilization. The hazards of contamination and its causes are understood correctly. The feasible and valid methods are proposed to prevent contamination. The aseptic operating procedures in tissue culture are very important and should be followed strictly. This paper could provide reference for research and production. |
