Cd胁迫对灰木莲幼苗生长及某些生理特性的影响

摘要:
通过对灰木莲幼苗在重金属——镉(Cd)胁迫下生长与生理特征的分析,研究在镉胁迫下生长和生理特征的变化情况。结果表明,灰木莲幼苗的苗高和地径的增长率随着Cd2+浓度的增加而减少,Cd2+对苗高增长的影响较为显著;叶片的保护酶活性在低浓度下升高,在高浓度下保护酶的活性受到抑制;丙二醛浓度、游离脯氨酸含量随着镉胁迫的增加而缓慢上升;叶片中蛋白质的含量却随着Cd2+浓度的增加而缓慢减少。灰木莲苗木具有一定抵抗重金属镉的能力,在低浓度的镉环境里可以保持植株的正常生长。

Effects of Cd Stress on Growth and Some Physiological\= Index of Manglietia glauce

Abstract:
The Cd stress on Manglietia glauc, was studied by analyzing growth and physiological characteristics of the seedlings. The results showed that, the height and diameter growth rates of the seedlings decreased with the Cd2+ concentration increasing. The activity of leaf protective enzymes were enhanced in low Cd2+ concentration, but t inhibited in high concentration. When Cd2+ concentration increased, MDA and free proline content increased slowly, but the protein content in leaves decreased slowly. The seedlings of Manglietia glauce had the resistance ability to Cd2+ and could maintain normal growth in environment of low Cd2+ concentration.
