南洋楹组织培养技术研究

摘要:
以南洋楹(Albizia falcataria(L.) Fosberg)优树萌芽条幼嫩枝条的顶芽、腋芽为外植体,研究了不同浓度植物生长调节剂对南洋楹组培苗增殖及生根的影响。结果表明:南洋楹组培苗适宜增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.075mg/L,增殖系数为2.65;适宜生根培养基为1/3MS+IBA0.1mg/L+NAA0.01 mg/L,生根率达到54.6%;生根苗移栽成活率95.8%。

Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of \=Paraserianthes falcataria (L.) Nielsen

Abstract:
With juvenile branches as explants, studies were performed on the effects of plant growth regulators on proliferation and rooting of Albizia falcataria(L.) Fosberg. The result showed: optimum medium for proliferation was MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.075mg/L, with proliferation rate up to 2.65; suitable rooting medium was 1/3 MS+IBA0.1mg/L+NAA0.01 mg/L, and rooting rate reached 54.6%; survival rate after transplantation was 95.8%.
