本文分析了林业科技管理工作特点及系统功能需求,提出了系统开发的六个原则,即:先进性、拓展性、易维护性、实用性、安全性、开放性原则;并运用先进的网络平台和数据存储技术,开发广东林业科技业务管理系统,从而实现林业科技项目、科技成果、科技机构、科技人员等管理工作的规范化、网络化,达到信息的远程录入、查询、统计、上传等功能要求;随着系统的完善和全面应用,将极大地提高广东林业科技管理效能和公共服务能力。 |

Abstract: |
This paper analyzed the characteristics of forestry sci-technology management and requirements of system function,put forward that management system development must insist on the principle of advance, expansibility, maintainability, practicality , security and openable. Using advanced network platforms and data storage technology,develops the forestry sci-technology management information system of Guangdong Province, thus realizes standardization and networking on forestry sci-technology management about projects, achievements, organization, personnel of sci-technology, and so on. It meets function requirements on information long-distance input, inquiry, statistics, upload by internet. As system perfect and comprehensive application, it will enhance the Guangdong forestry sci-technology management potency and collective services ability enormously. |
