以基础空间地理数据、遥感影像、DEM数据、气象信息、实时单兵GPS回传数据、森林资源数据、森林防火等各项数据为信息源,从森林防火的实际需求出发,综合运用3S技术、数据库技术、网络技术及森林防火专业技术、二次开发技术、模型分析技术等多种手段,设计并开发了森林防火指挥管理系统。系统根据森林防火的业务特点设计了森林防火实时指挥、日常林火监测预警、灾后损失评估3个主要的功能模块。可实现的功能主要有:火点智能定位、火场及周边信息查询、单兵作战指挥、多点实时定位、林火蔓延分析、辅助决策指挥、林火档案记录、历史档案查询与分析等功能。该系统为森林防火指挥与日常管理工作提供了高效的操作平台,促进了森林防火辅助决策指挥的智能化、信息化,对我国基层森林防火工作具有重要的意义。 |

Abstract: |
Depended on all kinds of data sources such as basic spatial data、remote sensing image、dem data、meteorological information、real-time returned GPS data、forest resource data、forest fire prevention data and so on, designing and developing forest fire prevention commanding and management system with technique of 3s、database mining、modle analysis. According to requirement of forest fireproofing,the system designed real-time commanding、fireproofing routine management and fire loss assessment 3 major modules. It can realize the functions including : intelligent position of fire point ,query of fire information,query of putting out of a fire, real-time positioning for individual or multi soldiers ,fire spread analysis, assistant decision-making、fire loss evaluation,etc.This system established an efficiency operating platform for forest fire commanding and rountine management. It made some contribution to intellectualization and informationization of forest fireproofing. The system plays an important role in forest fireproofing of primary forestry department of china. |
