广州夏浦围工业区42种园林植物的元素浓度特征

摘要:
本文研究了广州夏浦围工业区42种园林植物新叶、老叶、新枝和老枝中9种元素(K、Ca、Mg、S、Mn、Zn、Al、Cu和Pb)的浓度特征。结果表明该地区植物叶组织中K和Ca浓度较高,Mg较低,反映土壤对K和Ca的供给充足,对Mg的供应不足,与大气沉降物中K和Ca浓度较高,Mg浓度较低的特征一致。植物叶片元素浓度分析表明,该地区植物生长可能受S、Mn、Zn和Pb的多重危害,未受Al和Cu的毒害,元素相关分析支持这一推论。基于该地区的复合污染特征和植物对污染元素的累积,筛选出21种对污染元素有较强累积作用的植物,其中土蜜树(Bridelia tomentosa)、构树(Broussonetia papyrifera)和红继木(Lorpetalum chinense var. rubrum)等9种植物对2种以上污染元素有较强的累积作用。这些植物种类的选择为复合污染条件下环境绿化和植被恢复树种的选择与配置提供了科学依据。

Elemental concentrations in 42 garden plant species grown at the Xia Pu Wei industrial area of Guangzhou

Abstract:
Concentrations of 9 elements (K, Ca, Mg, S, Mn, Zn, Al,Cu and Pb) in the younger and older leaves and branches of 42 plant species growing at the Xia Pu Wei industrial area of Guangzhou were determined.. Potassium and Ca were relative higher than Mg in the leaves, reflecting the abundant supply of K and Ca and short supply of Mg in the soils, which was consistent to the higher concentrations of K and Ca and relatively low concentration of Mg in the atmospheric deposition. According to the elemental concentrations both in the younger and older leaves, species growing at this industrial area might be simultaneously threatened by S, Mn, Zn and Pb, however, not expectedly affected by Al and Cu. The results could be supported by the relationships among those elements. Based on the patterns of the complex pollution in soils in this area and on the accumulations of heavy elements in species, 21 plant species with relatively high accumulation of pollutants (e.g. 9 of which, such as Bridelia tomentosa, Broussonetia papyrifera and Lorpetalum chinense var.rubrum, could simultaneously accumulate more than 2 kinds of pollutants) were recommended for afforestion in the similarly industrial areas,. Our results provided primarily scientific insights into the selection of plant species used for landscaping and urban afforestation affected by complex pollution.
