桉树枯萎病菌的生物学特性及对杀菌剂的敏感性试验

摘要:
本文对桉树枯萎病菌的生物学特性进行研究。结果显示,病菌的最适生长温度为25℃,最适pH值为5.5,光照对生长影响不大。菌丝致死温度为65℃。糖源对分生孢子萌发无明显作用。杀菌剂毒力测定显示根腐灵,宝宁对菌丝生长抑制较强,克露和宝宁对孢子发芽有较强的抑制作用。

Studies on biological characterics of pathogen of eucalyptus wilt and its sensitivity to fungicides

Abstract:
The biological characteristics of pathogen of eucalyptus wilt (Fusarium oxysporum) were studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimum temperature for pathogen growth was 25℃, and the optimum pH value was 5.5. Light condition was of no evident effect on the growth of fungus. The lethal temperature for mycelia was 65℃. No significant effect was found for sugar sources on the germination of conidia. The results of toxicity test of fungicides demonstrated that Genfuling and Baoning had stronger inhibitive effect on the pathogen growth, while Kelu and Baoning had stronger inhibitive effect on the germination of conidia.
