| Abstract In this paper, according to the current situation and demand of the forest right management, the Forest Right Management GIS was developed to supply an operation platform for various level forestry responsible government departments to manage forest right information. The system framework was based on integrated platform which using .NET as development environment, ArcSDE as spatial data engine, SQL Server2000 as background database server. |
