| 本文通过对新会围垦湿地现状优劣势分析，在新会围垦的基础上进行规划建设成银湖湾湿地公园。规划设计采用“核心区——缓冲区——生产服务区”的空间布局模式，湿地公园的规划主要包括了生态区、景观区和服务区的规划，使围垦湿地成为集恢复、保育、科研、教育、欣赏、体验于一体的珠江三角洲滨海湿地保护与开发的最佳范例。 |

| Abstract: In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the current reclaiming wetlands situation in Xinhui District were analyzed. Based on the reclamation, the Silver Bay Wetlands Park is planned to be built. Planning and designing adopts a \"core zone - the buffer zone - production services zone\" model of spatial distribution. Wetland Park includes the ecological zones, landscape area and service area planning. In that case, the reclaiming wetlands will be one of the best examples of the coastal wetlands protection and development in the Pearl River Delta, which focus on restoration, nursing, scientific research, education, appreciation and experience.
