稀土对马占相思和大叶相思种苗的影响

摘要:
用10~1000mg/L稀土溶液对马占相思和大叶相思浸种24h后的试验结果表明:适宜浓度的稀土溶液可促进马占相思和大叶相思种子中内含物的转化,从而促进种子的萌发和幼苗生长,但同一稀土溶液对不同树种的适宜浸种浓度不同。马占相思以10 mg/L处理有利于提高种子发芽势并缩短发芽时间;大叶相思10~30 mg/L处理显著提高种子发芽率和发芽势,但没有显著缩短发芽时间。200mg/L及以上浓度浸种对2个相思种子萌发有抑制作用。考虑指标多重比较差异及经济因素,10mg/L处理较利于2种相思幼苗高和根系生长。

Abstract:
Acacia mangium willd. and Acacia auriculiformis A. Cunn. were treated with 10~1000mg/L rare earth solution by soaking seed for 24 hours. The results showed that treating with optimum concentration of rare earth solution could promote the transformation of internal substance and germination of seed, and seedling growth. However, different species had different optimum concentration of the rare earth solution. Acacia mangius seeds, soaked with 10mg/L, had higher germination potential and a shorter germination time. Acacia auriculiformis seeds, soaked with 10~30mg/L could significantly increase germination percentage and germination potential, but couldn’t significantly shorten the germination time. Soaked with 200 mg/L and above concentrations inhabited two tree species seeds germination. Based on results of Duncan’s Multiple Test, and economic factor, 10mg/L could significantly promote seedling height and root length of the two tree species.
