利用ISSR标记技术研究了雷州半岛5个红树林白骨壤(Avicennia marina)种群遗传多样性和遗传分化。结果表明5个种群具有较高的遗传多样性,种群之间的遗传分化很低,遗传分化系数FST=0.0812,表明总的遗传多样性只有8.12%来自种群间,91.88%来自种群内,遗传距离和遗传一致度平均值为0.0196和0.9804,基因流畅,Nm=5.6549。UPGMA聚类结果特呈岛和角尾白骨壤群体聚为第一类群,企水和高桥白骨壤群体聚为第二类群,和安白骨壤群体遗传距离最远单独聚为一类群。实验结果表明和安白骨壤种群为最古老的白骨壤种群,应予以优先保护。 |

The genetic diversity of Leizhou Peninsula five Avicennia marina mangrove populations used of ISSR markers analysis. The results showed that the five populations with high genetic diversity, the genetic differentiation among populations of low, genetic differentiation coefficient FST = 0.082, showed that the genetic diversity of the total, only 8.2% from the population, the population from 91.8%. UPGMA clustering results showed Techeng Island and Jiaowei groups together for the first group, Qishui and Gaoqiao groups together for the second group, Hean farthest genetic distance separate groups together as a group. |
