| 我国南方肉桂(Cinnamomum cassia Presl）栽培产业发展迅猛，效益显著，对种苗的需求与日俱增，但传统的沙藏催芽育苗种子发芽率低、发芽不整齐。为了提高肉桂种子发芽率, 进行了水洗催芽法和沙藏催芽法播前处理、催芽试验。结果表明两种方法间的的发芽率、发芽势及发芽速度等均达到显著差异，水洗催芽处理的发芽率95.28％、发芽势57.63％、发芽速度12.70d，比沙藏处理分别提高25.18％、5.4％和16.47d，水洗催芽法能有效促进肉桂种子发芽率，发芽速度快，发芽整齐，利于育苗的田间管理，降低育苗成本。 |

| Abstract: |
| The germination experiment under Cinnamomum cassia seeds were treated with water washing and sand store. The germination indexes were studied.The results show that the seeds treated with water washing, the germination percentage, germination energy and germination speed were 95.28%,57.63% and 12.70d respectively, Compared with the sand store control, they were increased significantly by 25.18%,5.4% and 16.47d , respectively. Water wash treatment can be effective to promote germination percentage and germination speed for C. cassia seed. |
