遮荫对华南毛蕨叶绿素含量及荧光参数的影响

摘要:
通过研究不同遮荫强度(0,48%,74%和96%)对华南毛蕨叶绿素含量及荧光参数的影响,结果表明:各遮荫处理下叶片总叶绿素、叶绿素a与叶绿素b含量均显著高于全光照下的含量,且随遮荫度的增加,叶绿素含量呈上升趋势;而叶绿素a/b的值则随着遮荫度的增加而下降。各遮荫处理下的叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值均显著高于全光照下,且随着遮荫度的增加,Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值均依次上升。可见华南毛蕨对弱光环境有较强的适应能力。

Effects of Shading on the Chlorophyll Content and Fluorescence Parameters of Cyclosrus Parasiticus

Abstract:
The effects of the different shading intensity (0, 48%, 74% and 97%) on the chlorophyll content and fluorescence parameters of Cyclosrus parasiticus were studied. The results indicated that the content of total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in the leaves of Cyclosrus parasiticus under all shading conditions were significant higher than those under full daylight, and increased with the increase of shading intensity, meanwhile the chlorophyll a/b decreased. Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo under all shading conditions were significantly higher than those under full daylight and increased with the increase of shading intensity. These revealed that Cyclosrus parasiticus had very strong adaptability to low-light environment.
