| 摘 要：随着生态环境保护意识的提高和人民群众生活水平提高，生态环境建设越来越受到人们重视，广东东莞市开展了森林公园规划建设的“整山”工作。2003年至今，市财政投入了6.7亿元资金（不含镇区财政投入和征地拆迁、青苗补偿费用）建设大岭山、大屏嶂、水濂山、同沙、旗峰、清溪等六大森林公园。本文以东莞市森林公园规划建设为研究对象，通过调查东莞市森林公园的规划建设现状，研究和分析其规划建设中存在的问题，针对如何推动和加快东莞市森林公园的规划建设提出相应的发展对策。 |

| Abstract:Because the ecosystem environmental protection realize of the exaltation and people's crowd live a level exaltation, the ecosystem environment construction is more and more value by people, Dongguan, Guangdong openned an exhibition programming in the forest park construction of\"Zhengshan\" work.In 2003 up to now, the city public finance throws in 670,000,000 dollars funds to constuct Dalingshan,Dapingzhang, Shuilianshan, Tongsha, Qifeng,Yinpingshan etc. six greatest forest park.This text with programming in Dongguan forest park construction for research object, pass the construction present condition of the programming of investigate Dongguan forest park, study and analyze the existent problem in its programming construction, aim at how to push and speed Dongguan forest park of the programming construction put forward a homologous development counterplan.
