ICP-AES直接测定土壤中多种交换性阳离子组成

摘要:
本文通过用5克土样加50mL的1molL-1乙酸铵振荡30 min,提取液用电感耦合等离子发射光谱ICP-AES法直接测定土壤中多种交换性阳离子。该方法的钙、镁、钾、钠和锰检出限分别为:0.0036 µgmL-1、0.0069µgmL-1、0.0336µgmL-1、0.00143µgmL-1、0.035µgmL-1,通过对国家标准物质土壤有效态的测试,结果与标准值基本一致,测得值都在标准值的不确定度范围内。GBW 07416标准物质11次测定钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、钾(K)、钠(Na)和锰(Mn)的相对误差(RE)分别为-1.94%、6.61%、-2.5%、-9.09%和3.59%,测定结果的RSD分别为:0.96%、1.80%、4.65%、0.54%、0.71%。

Directly Determining the Exchangeable Cations in Soil by ICP-AES

Abstract:
Add 50ml ammonium acetate (1 molL-1) into the soil sample (5g), then shake it for 30min, the extracted solution is used for directly determination of the exchangeable cations by ICP-AES. By the method, the detection limit of Ca, Mg, K, Na, Mn respectively are 0.0036µgmL-1, 0.0069µgmL-1, 0.0336µgmL-1, 0.00143µgmL-1 and 0.035µgmL-1. After testing the national standard substance (GBW 07416) of soil available composition, the analytical results are nearly in accord with standard values. The RE(n=11) of Ca, Mg, K, Mn are -1.94%, 6.61%, -2.5%, -9.09% and 3.59% respectively, and the RSD of the determined elements as Ca, Mg, K, Na, Mn are 0.96%, 1.80%, 4.65%, 0.54%, 0.71% respectively.
