| 土壤微生物量碳是土壤碳素转化的重要环节，也是土壤有效碳库的重要组成部分。本文从土壤微生物量碳的影响因素、测定、周转以及土壤微生物量碳与土壤有机碳的关系四个方面综述了土壤微生物生物量碳的研究进展。同时，为国内今后这方面的研究重点及发展方向提供了参考。 |

| The soil microbial biomass carbon is the most important link of the soil carbon transforms, also the important part of soil available carbon. This paper summarized the relations of the soil microbial biomass carbon influence factor,the determination,the turnover as well as the soil microbial biomass carbon and the soil organic carbon. at the same time references for the further study are put forward in our country. |
