| 罗坑自然保护区具有动植物资源丰富的特点，但开展森林经营面临规划用地困难、森林保护与林地使用冲突、资金不足的困难，保护区通过确定可持续发展的森林经营原则，采用划分功能区、引入和培养人才、开展森林多种经营、社区共建等措施有针对性解决困难，种茶业和养蜂业获得了较大发展。同时还总结了森林经营中仍存在技术力量不足、融资渠道不多等问题，并针对经营中出现的问题提出了今后的解决办法和森林经营的发展方向。 |

| Luo keng Nature Reserve are rich of plant and animals resources. But it has difficulties in forest management, as difficulties in layout land, forest protection conflict with forest land using and finance shortage. To solve the problems, sustainable development Principle were used in forest management, and the Nature Reserve are Divide into several areas depend on its functions use multi-management . also, person with ability were attracted and bring up,. the measure received good effect and the teaplanting and beekeeping in the Nature Reserve have further development. the article summarized some matter like the lack of technique support and financing ways, suggest useful methods to solve the problems and direction the development of forest management.
