选用从美国引进的4个月季品种,进行叶片耐热力指标研究,测定不同热处理下叶片的形态解剖特征、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量及过氧化物酶活性。结果表明:叶片的形态解剖特征、叶片游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量变化指标可用于月季叶片耐热力测定。本试验所测定的4个月季品种中,以Century two较耐热,Angel face次之,Magic carousel、Peace较不耐热。 |

4 indices of heat–tolerance of 4 rose varieties from U.S.A, the morphological anatomical features of leaves, the contents of free pro, the contents of soluble sugar in leaves, and the activity of the POX enzyme in leaves were compared in different temperature conditions. The results indicated that the first 3 indices were suitable for measuring the heat tolerance of rose leaves, among the 4 experimental varieties, ‘Century tw’ was most heat–tolerant, then ‘Angel face’, ‘Magic carousel’ and ‘Peace’were physiological and weak relatively. |
